Overview
Adult Choir Program
Auditions are open to adult musicians, 18 years old and up.
Student Internship Program
Auditions are open to students in grades 10-12, ages 15-18.
Hope in Harmony is looking for dedicated and exceptionally talented choral students who have a passion to grow their vocal musicianship by working side by side with our outstanding adult singers. Students, like adult members, are expected to “Perform to Inspire, Give from Desire” and help spread HOPE in Southern Maryland.
Video Audition Requirements
Show your range by singing from your lowest note to your highest using solfege or a neutral syllable.
Sing the National Anthem a cappella in your preferred key/range.
Sing a song of your choice, memorized and performed with expression. (2 minutes max)
What to expect at callbacks
Vocal warmup and voice placement.
Ensemble sight singing.
Ensemble performance with expression.
Ensemble Fees: We ask all ensemble members to help cover programming and operating expenses through a one-time, annual membership fee.

Choral Ensemble
Hope in Harmony’s Choral Ensemble
will feature talented, diverse singers who are passionate about spreading hope through music. From classical to contemporary, our auditioned group performs an eclectic repertoire that inspires and uplifts audiences of all ages.
